DHS 800 Research Practicum and Dissertation in Health Sciences I is a group supervision course that provides training. During weekly course meetings, the instructor discusses the doctoral practices for health sciences leadership. Lectures are delivered to strengthen students’ professional skills, and students complete a supervised practicum at a partner institution with a work focus on health sciences leadership. Charisma University arranges for students to work 20 hours weekly at the chosen practicum site. In this course, students also complete their PhD Dissertation Proposal for their final PhD Dissertation. (Formerly DHS 800 Practicum and Internship in Health Sciences I)
