Course Description

Ed.D 912 Internship in Student Affairs is a collaborative supervision course conducted alongside an on-site internship. Weekly meetings cover topics in Student Affairs administration, including practice, competencies, theories, standards, and assessments. The instructor provides lectures to enhance doctoral students’ professional skills, while students engage in a supervised internship at an academic institution aligned with their career goals and academic training in Student Affairs. Charisma University facilitates students working 20 hours per week at their selected internship site.
