HCA 671 Change Management in Health Care explores evidence-based approaches to planning and implementing change to optimize patient care and prevention, emphasizing quality and safety of care and quality improvement. This course focuses on improving the primary processes in care provision by physicians, nurses, allied health professionals and the teams they work in, with the patient at center stage.
