Course Description

HCA 673 Diversity Management in Health Care examines the essentials of cultural competence and diversity management in healthcare organizations and healthcare delivery. In this course, students learn the diversity management principles and practices that can be realistically incorporated into the ongoing work of any health care field or organization. Students also analyze diversity management as a key component of culturally competent health care.
