HRM 614 Cultural Diversity Management examines cultural diversity management through the lenses of human resource management (HRM) and psychology. This course focuses on staffing for cultural diversity, emphasizing effective HR processes to enhance diversity within organizations and strategically manage cultural diversity to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
• Recognize the business case and organizational rationales for cultural diversity and inclusion.
• Explore cultural diversity and its management from HR and psychological perspectives.
