Course Description

LL.M 559 Legal Research and Writing focuses on honing students’ scholarly research and writing skills in the legal domain. The course covers components of research projects, theoretical approaches to law study, reading and writing strategies, and ethical considerations. Students learn to write objective memoranda of law with proper format, organization, and citations.
