MEd 635 Schools Improvement Implementation explores evidence-based approaches to effective school improvement implementation. This course analyzes the human, material, fiscal, and educational resources that have to be aligned to improve student achievement. Through this course, students will learn how to develop a collaborative, data-based school plan addressing all learners’ needs. Students also analyze the instructional leader’s role in harnessing strategies that address culturally responsive instruction, social and mental health needs, and improved student performance, including English learners as well as students with special needs.Â
