MGT 571 Business Strategy and Sustainability uses an integrated management approach to integrate sustainability into business strategy and management practices. In this course, students explore the strategic value of sustainability and how it leads to dynamic performance improvement. Through the integrated management approach, students gain opportunities to rethink business functions, strategies, and systems dynamics to create value while attaining competitive advantage.
