Course Description

MGT 641 Enterprise Risk Management is an advanced course delving into enterprise risk management (ERM), the integrated process of identifying, assessing, and managing overall organizational risks. Through this course, students learn the broader framework for managing risk and implementing ERM while maximizing shareholder value in today’s complex business environments. By studying selected case studies on ERM, students also learn executive-level policies and processes that are strategic in nature and designed to address the most threatening risks.
