Course Description

This course explores the theories, models, and techniques for organizational leadership in multicultural work settings by emphasizing the requisite multicultural awareness, knowledge, and skills. In this course, students explore the key dimensions of multicultural identity, constructive leadership practices in a multicultural society, and identity and leadership practices as they relate to dilemmas that arise in a multicultural workplace. (Formerly MGT 648 Transformational Leadership)
