Course Description

At the successful completion of the core and elective courses, a doctoral student must take and pass a comprehensive examination to advance to doctoral candidacy. The overarching purpose of the Comprehensive Examination course is to evaluate students’ full knowledge of the dissertation topic they wish to research and defend.
