Course Description

This course is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary for the analysis and design of information systems within health services organizations. The focus is on understanding and utilizing the public health information infrastructure for effective data collection, processing, maintenance, and dissemination. Additionally, the course addresses the societal, organizational, and individual factors influencing public health communications and the use of information technology.
